Susan Williams is a bodybuilding enthusiast at 49 years of age. She won her first competition at the 2004 Show Me Naturals taking her class, masters and overall. She competed at 5'1" and a very vascular 110 lbs.
A freelance artist and mother of four, Susan has lived in St Louis her entire life. Her athletic background includes field hockey and track and while she always wanted to try bodybuilding, she never gave it a shot until recently.
