Mascha Tieken is a 5'5", 125 lbs (135 lbs offseason) IFBB pro figure competitor from the Netherlands. A veteran physique competitor, Mascha first started training in 1988 and first competed in 1991.
Mascha was a very accomplished female bodybuilder in Europe before turning to fitness and figure having taken several 1st place titles through the years. Recently, Mascha has placed as high as 4th in the 2004 Hungarian Pro Figure Show and has competed in numerous pro figure shows in the USA.
