Mascha Tieken is a pro figure competitor in her early 30s from the Netherlands. She's 5'5", competes at 140 lbs and gets up to 155 lbs in the offseason. Mascha owns a gym in Hillegom, trains fitness athletes and writes for the Dutch Oxygen Magazine.
A veteran of fitness, figure and bodybuilding competitions for more than 10 years, Mascha has won numerous championships such as the Heavyweight title at the IFBB Grand Prix in 1994. More recently, she has been placing well in IFBB Pro Figure shows with her highest finish being 4th place at the Hungarian Pro Figure show.
