We shot with Ellen Woodley at the 2004 NPC Nationals where she finished 6th in the lightweight division.
Ellen is a former gymnast and teaches gymnastics full-time in Orlando, Florida. She's been bodybuilding for 4 years and finished as high as 2nd at the 2003 Jr USAs and 3rd at the 2003 Jr Nationals.
A physical marvel at 46 years of age, Ellen is jam packed with muscle at 5'1", 115 lbs in contest shape (130-135 lbs offeason).
Some of her best lifts in the gym include deadlifting 285 lbs, squatting 250 lbs and benching 185 lbs. She also uses 35 lbs each arm for bicep curls and 60 lbs with each arm for dumbbell presses.
