We shot with Adrianne Beer the weekend of her first venture into the world of figure competitions. At 5'9" and 130 lbs, the 26 year old former collegiate track athlete won the 2004 Figure Overall at the Show Me Naturals in St Louis, Missouri.
Adrianne tells us she really lifted heavy at Southwest Missouri State were she specialized in the 400 meter run. Her best squat was 325 lbs at the time. Now, she tells us she's not as big or strong as she was in her legs, but she's curling 60 lbs and benching 120 lbs.
